Complete registration form and indicate alternative choices.

  1. All classes are held at Arts for All, 18200 Ventura Blvd., at the corner of Garden Grove Avenue.
  2. Classes start in October 2002.
  3. Pre-payment must accompany registration form.
  4. Missed classes cannot be deducted from tuition. Talk to your teacher about a make-up during the summer or give your make-up to a friend.
  5. Refund will only be granted if a class is canceled by the school, or registration is mailed for a class that is already full.
  6. Form your own class! All we need is a group of five students and we will start a new class for you. Call us.
